AromaPro Return & Refund Policy

At AromaPro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.


Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all accessories and components
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used fragrance oils
Opened aroma diffusers that have been used
Custom or special order products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Fragrance oils are considered personal care products, therefore they cannot be returned once opened.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest method is to return the unused item and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
